COMMERCIAL / RETAIL PAINTING SERVICES COMPANY
Commercial painting varies widely from one location or business to another, and is often part of the corporate branding, especially when there are several store or franchise locations. We painted many Shell Stations combined with Circle K shops and understood the importance of getting the colors correct and achieving the look that the company was demanding.
Painting projects are usually undertaken when finishes have faded or aged past their due date and our goal is to understand fully what your goals are. Introducing new colors and themes or simply updating established ones; either way, we will deliver the beautiful look you are after. Top line refinishing products are a must and we will combine that with any budget constraints you are faced with keeping in mind the finished appearance you are expecting. Fully trained and experienced, our customer service and skills will speak for themselves. Your expectations will be exceed with our Commercial Painting service!
It's important to note that preparation for corporate and industrial painting is quite different from residential painting due to flexibly challenged schedules and the amount of equipment and furniture that needs to be dealt with. No problem for off hours work in order to accommodate any location. We simply work with additional professionals to speed things up. We are available to paint throughout the GTA, especially Toronto's extensive commercial painting needs.
OFFICE BUILDING PAINTING
Preparation makes an office painting job work smoothly. You might see us working hard but yet, never seeming to pick up a paint brush or roller. The prep is key to speed with regard to painting and getting us in and out of your office for as little disruption as possible. Our planning in larger square footage areas includes accurate calculations of the trim areas, the ceilings if needed, the placement of furniture during the process and where the responsibility lies for that. T-Bar ceiling and strapping often requires attention as it tends to yellow over the years. It may need repainting, especially if the wall motif is white. On-going communication is necessary to a successful office interior painting project.
Storefronts provide the opportunity for a dispaly of charachter. Maybe not so much in regards to box stores where the frontages are cookie cutter proven, but rather the smaller retailer who begins to tell their story through colors and style. Store frontages are made up primarily of metal framing and doors, usually aluminum as well as facings and sidings that may come pre-finished or of wood and stucco facings. Most commercial surfaces can be challenging, especially if outdoors as opposed to indoor malls, and we are ready for the challenge when faced with rusted or water marked finishes. Our expert prepping and abrading of metal surfaces allows us to create a perfect repainted finish with the strongest materials available to protect the trims and framework. Painting is far less expensive than full replacement should peeling and some corrosion becomes apparent. Bring the vitality back, it's never too late. We are comfortable with all types of storefront finishes.
Dentist or Doctor offices can be more involved than straight ahead wall painting because of potential clientele. It would seem that a children's orthodontist would be decorated in a much different way than, say, an adult implant specialist's office. Bright flashy colors and pattenrs versus subdued earth tones or off white with hanging art. Law offices would have similar contrasting styles. We positively get it and understand the subtle differences required to bring balance and a restful feel to a given location. We will deliver that look you are striving for.
Restaurants require carefull attention to schemes and details. All businesses require attention of course, but restaurants are a very competitive industry that are subject to patron scrutiny, and the presentation that the public finally sees has been well planned and created to provide the most pleasant dining experience possible. The ambiance is important to the experiance whether fine dining or hip burger/diner food, and word of mouth must always be considered. Comparisons are made with other locations for dining. So, color schemes, contrasts, textures and wall covering styles are essential to discuss and we look forward to helping the process.
